DJ CHASE believes in presenting quality timeless music, woven together with perfect beat and key mixing, with his deep knowledge of soul, jazz, latin, downtempo, hip hop, afro, house and beats, and having DJ at places like Zouk, Cafe Cosmos, Home Club and Resfest 2005/ M&C Saatchi Party @ Mox. He presents and relates his style of music with a perfect balance of deep chillout moments and intense dancefloor grooves.

He is also the Founder and Editor of (http://www.post.fm), Singapore’s premiere website on Creativity, Art and Design, is also the founder and Editor of (http://stealourideas.theabundance.cc/), a blog on Multi-Disciplinary Creativity, New Media, Technology and Culture.

DJ EUGENE’s musical journey into the world of electronic dance music and disc jockeying began at the age of twenty. It started out with the likes of Deep Dish and Gabriel & Dresden’s progressive house music. Later he got into other musical genres and was subsequently captivated by progressive breaks artistes, such as Hybrid, BT, Burufunk and Siloh. He then moved to trance music with artist such as Paul Van Dyk and Armin Van Burren. This ultimately sculpted the sounds which defined his music and DJ style.

DJ Eugene performed at places such as Baize + China One, Cre8 Juvenile event @ Mox 2005 and later that year, he was involved in recording & producing process for Singapore based independent electronic band Phorous (www.phorous.com) and Camra (www.camraroc.com) and right now he is working with the band Mylifewitouthdreams (www.mylifewithoutdreams) with their upcoming songs.

Leslie Chua

DJ/Audio Engineer

Leslie’s love affair with electronic music began in the winter of 1998, when he first discovered the sounds of Epic House and Trance at a friend’s party. His love for the music developed through regular trips to DJ events as well as that dream holiday to Melbourne where he attended the bi-annual God’s Kitchen music festival. As part of the audience, he was inspired and intrigued by how DJs could bring the house down at parties and vowed to do the same one day.

Since 2005 (with many thanks to Leandro, Mel, Razaq, CDJ Ben and Sher from The Tektile Movement) He has DJ-ed in clubs like Hide Out (Bedroom Sessions), Pool Room Bar at DBL 0 (Mixtapes) and at the now defunct Liquid Room (Acceleration). His 60-minute mix ‘Gently shifting between moods’ was aired on Rico’s Liberation show on WKRZ 91.3FM.

While keeping up to date with the current electronic music scene, his musical style includes anything from House, Progressive House, Trance, Breaks and Electro. To further hone his skills, he is currently pursuing a BA in Recording Arts at the SAE College in Singapore.
